A 31-year-old patient whose shaped implants had rotated and resulted in inferolateral malposition. She underwent bilateral inferior capsulorrhaphy (suturing closed an implant pocket that is overly large) and replaced her Mentor 300 cc MH shaped implants with 350 cc round silicone implants with excellent results.
